Do you mean can't reach the server? If, yes try to reset NPC and write modified PM. write your RPL backup. Backup RPL and PM before do this.
Contact Service may caused by corrupted PM (field 308), may need RPL calculation.

read full imei backup after make imei backup reset ncp option then flash with 7.21 version after flash write ur imei backup after write imei backup select modified pm file use pmauth option then write pm after write pm set is ok tested by me on 6 set'

brother i did this way, but still problem is same,and i made one mistake i did'nt backup it's original pm file only i've it's RPL file pls help me
