try this
backup rpl
rest npc
go to pm click erase pm
writ rpl then click recover cert
repair sd (you will get rpl to repair sim & sd)
go to pm >click sd auth writ pm and wait 30 second

bro, look at log he got rpl from server BB5_RM-237_354834022409225_SIMSD.RPL
so server work problem in phone

backup rpl
rest npc
go to pm click erase pm
writ rpl then click recover cert
repair sd (you will get rpl to repair sim & sd)
go to pm >click sd auth writ pm and wait 30 second
