see bro set is on & working well but for chenge lang i flash it

i see with usb set backuped RPL file mean clear set is ok no problem with flash chip

I also face same problem on saturday when i try to flash an 7210s with usb cable.

on setting should use 'new protocol', have a look please.

please pay attention, also to every body:
RAP3Gv3 phones on usb interface, the rpl backup made is WITHOUT RAP certificate , NO NPC,CCC,HWC.
