i receive the 1000 credits free, i can do sx4 auth but i can't download files of the support. When i do click in server list apear this "privileged instruction, system error message: La operacion se ha completado correctamente EIP:0012B000

All this with the new actualization 3.2 rev 5.6 fixed

Hi,

In some country's like Morocco, it is possible that ISP block your access to our servers, try to use some free VPN when you try make this operation.
For example, i have same as your problem here in China, but i use paid VPN from witopia:
http://www.witopia.net/index.php/products/

I don't know how is ISP in Mexico, probably you have same problem.
Please give me your MXKEY serial number and your reseller, i need chk more in our servers if you have connected and to what server, tnx.

the serial is C0803679 and the reseller is www.ipmart.com

with the old software mx key all work fine, but i need to work with the new.
