Is your request done already ? Please write to me the current status of your job,becase the supporters don't want to talk us and my customers are very angry -unfortunately i have some jobs in the server - since more than five days

I´m telling my customers that we have three service modes, cheap and slow, a mid term service and a superfast. If they don´t want to spend money they have to wait. The last one took 1.5 days, now I got two, one is going up to it´s 4th day and the other almost 3 days.

But also think that if it is cheap many more people will pay to get that service so we´ll have to wait longer.

Plus the server has been down for at least 1.5 days. Now it has to catch up.

So we can only wait.

The cheaper the slower. The more the people go for the cheapest the slowest it becomes.

Yes i know , but as i wrote on the other topic : it wasn't ever any problem with it -it never took longer than 2 days.. But now i have one that since 7th days and still pending

It wouldn't be wrong when the cancel function would operate .
