I have flashed with version 7.97 still it is the problem.Any body please help.

many problem on this phone caused by bad soldered (microscopic cracks) nor chip / half dead nor chip it self.

if normal firmware update to the latest version bring no solution, start to check them.
pay attention on rpl backup.
