Absolutely no.This phone SL3(Simlock v3) You can't repair SL3 whiteout rpl.I already try and lost 12 credit.

ub not support SD repear 5130c.........

reset npc with mxkey. imei will reset, contact service gone and phone will restart but it is usable

NOT Possible with any tool as of now but only rpl can solve this , if you have back up restore it else buy it from nokia , unfortunately all the server is down at the moment

at the moment universal box is the first one that can solve problems like yours.
