restart ur pc open mx again check internet connection try flash phone before make any repair , after flash make repair simlock then sd repair then load modify pm then pm auth then write pm and flash again if pm sucesse

- you can only repair CS problem on 5130 caused by ST_SECURITY_FAILED.
if it is caused by bad simlock, your only solution is buy rpl.

ps.
switch to another blade server form server config menu.
