if a nokia 5310 old software example ( v6.10 ) is upgraded to latest software via NOKIA ONLINE UPDATER ( v59.42 ) . would it be upgraded from SL2 to SL3 ? or remains SL2 ? thanks

also .. can Mx-key unlock this phone if its SL3 ? if yes why genie clip is so happy that it has software for unlock SL3 and doesnt want to release it to the public and Mxkey released it ?

No with the MX key that is not yet possible!

in frimware YES.
but u will get reseting IMEI,cos different PAPUBKEYS phone and frimware

didnt understand u .... phone is working fine .. and i confirm its SL3 (i checked it with genie) , 02 uk no one sells codes right?need to wait for solution .
