install Nokia phoenix and go in tool>data package download and write your product code and tick mark on download option file also, and press availability and download it , it will download all files with eno file, but must see that this version is downgraded to your version so must take backup of rpl and pm and erase flash and flash these file and restore backup of rpl and pm and if still same then 100% hardware problem
