5800d strange lcd problem (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

HI

TEAM

i got 1pc of nokia 5800d for flashing,the problem is to upgrade it to latest version,when i flashed it to ver : 52.0007 successfully but the in phone there is only partial lcd glowing with waves ,phone was working good before ,i think the version is not getting supported.

can i downgrade it ,is it possible to downgrade 5800D

try the flash version of the rear casing,downgrade successful,or do downgrade fix...

i hvae flashed with 52.0.007 ,thats why iam getting problem with lcd,my question is can i downgrade the phone to lower version,if yes i need some guidance,it will be appriciated

oh my gush ,i dont know why the members are not reading my posts properly ,

the only thing i want to know is that ,is it possible to downgrade the phone (5800D) if yes i need step by step guide thats it

there'a are 2 model 5800
- old one can downgrade
- new one can't downgrade

post phone bus check to know which one is it

Plz sir try this may help you

1.FULL BACKUP!Rpl,Pm,everyhing
2.Flash the set with BB5Erase_UNI_rapido.bin
3.Flash the set with rm356_ENO_.fpsx
4.Flash the set with 30 or 31 Firmware version
5.and repair "sec test fail" that's all!
That's it

if you have full rpl backup, do it with no doubt.
all said well above me by user 'nikill'.

note:
some phone ends on dead after downgrade, due to firmware support vs hardware configuration. just revert it back to original version.

You may also downgrade it to v40, after downgrade just write RPL without NPC DATA with MXKEY.Tested 100%
But don't forget to backup everything first of all
