Make simlock repair and tick at maKE simlock rpl... Then repair sd... Then check phone should work.
Write pm if needed.

Then wait for update.. But this procedure worked for me many times also on sl3 bassed phones.. Post result after simlock repair.. May be there is some mistake

Just try my partial solution trick for all SL3 contact service.
- Back up RPL and full PM first.
- Do reset NPC and your IMEI become like this "12334567891234?" and still your SIMLOCK DATA are corrupted but don't worry try to set your mobile phone ON, sometimes the phone working fine. I've been tested this procedure with lots of 5130, etc (SL3) phones.. Hope this trick will help you.
