6600F downgrade Is it possible somehow?

its mean it cant work after downgrade i have tested on e63 v400 to v100 for unlocing coz it never goes to local mode
i done it but phone superdongle simlock and security failed
then again updated to v400 (then phone work in local) writed backup pm and sx4 repair superdongle
its to risky to downgrade

I know that it is not easy.

My question is to be solved somehow, or not?

For example, as long ago 5800.
Other phone MCU, temporary (for write 308 pm), or RPL plan etc ...

Sw it is now 6.20.
Must it be 4.80.
