It may lost connection or mx-key not responding for time that needed by phone to pool. Have another free tools (zulea's works?) or another programs. Sometimes i got the same error, there's no perfect products. Just compare with another tools and you will know the result is.

Try with another box

Try to flash it with Universal Box. Use "DEAD USB" while flashing.
