7210 supernova flash problem

customer have not enough memory problem when open music player.i have erase flash it with bb5erase uni rapido file after that flash it with 7.23v

br, don't made any complecated flash method. why u use bb5erase uni rapido file ????. u just use mcu, pmm and cnt file match with product code. which version u have ? try flash again with file extension is , mcusw, pmm and image of course all must be same ver.

1. insert usb with batt (full charged) to the set
2. select interface nokia usb
3. open nokia service tool
4. select model and file
5. just click flash
6. after press power on or insert charger
wait when show open all simlock than
all done

before flashing i see this
SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
CMLA_KEY seems to be valid
WMDRM_PD seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST passed



But after i erase it by erase file & flash it see this
SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be vali
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST passed
the red mark not see how i can rebuild plz help masters

how is the phone's condition after flash? if its okay, then why bother such things... the customer wont see the log end of story

no brother phone condition not ok .its hang & white display cant make & recive call, i use bb5 erase file for erase flash it kill the phone? plz help masters
