7210c No UI Setting - GSM-Forum

I have 7210c, after flashing doesnt take UI Setting, after erasing takes UI Setting but IMEI is 12345..... and then again after writing Backup RPL (Only NPC data), same doesn't take UI setting, i've also erased PM. Please help me in this matter.
