access voiolation in bb module - GSM-Forum

when i press calc code on blackberry module i get a access violation error .
please fix this as i cannot unlock any blackberrys .

use synchronize button. will solve ur problem.

- reinstall 3.5rev1.5, and do sync after.

i have done as you said.
but still same problem

then i installed 3.5 rev 1.2
it worked perfectly and gave me code in few seconds
please solve this problem ASAP

still no more answer from team .........but 3.5_1.2 version is working fine.........
