this is very important for us

some time i can flash with latast verstion but phone go too contact service and some time ui setting problem and phone still dead

It's problem ?????? You can make backup full rpl and pm. Think its not problem. If thinking that backup is bad make two backups.

i think ur request is very strange....

simlock rpl stored in pm field 120,308 together(older phones only pm308) .so if phone condition dead,that mean phone doesn't go local/test mode u cant read that area.in dead mode u can read RAP,APE Certificate via flashbus.

if u r tick on safe flash tab that mean back up auto create (SL1, SL2, SL3)

sorry friend but in hwk software there is a option `RD CERT` which can read certificate data from normal dead set also if set don`t go to localmode.After reading that if you full erase flash your set and click WR CERT your set will be ok.

i thing thats possible with fbus and (mxkey is not say this is not possile)
