mxkey 3.5 rev 1.8 shows error "solved" (ANSWERED)

i have the same problem but dont understand above any one with solution to this

- try other USB port, also it must be plugged directly use no hub.

bro. already answered by gluez in above post, then also if you want to remove this warning, make a alteration with your PC motherboard with converting USB chipset from USB2 to USB3 or buy external USB3 adaptor.
