did u try to unlock or flash phone on downgrade version?

if you did unlock than it is sl3 phone and never try to do direct unlock . only bruteforce or code can be unlock it.

and if you try to downgrade than never flash with down version , always try to flash bb5 sets with same version or higher.

however if you backup of rpl than you can solve this problem otherwise you have to buy rpl file which is costly and hard to buy.

while doing this process rpl gets back automatically if the option is ticked as yes...so right the rpl back and try as mr.right said

I do not agree
first of all Mxkey creating rpl backup !

Phone imei was the damage befor flashing
Not damage after the flash

BB5_35800603548074_PM.rpl this backup was created while flashing
if Phone imei was the damage befor flashing it cant b created
i have also used latest version
but i agree i must have done some thing wrong and i dont blame any one

if you have backup of this" BB5_35800603548074_PM.rpl"

than write back it to the phone if problem still plain imei than it is corrupted before flashing by other software technician whom you customer have already been try. Got it what i say to you?

in this case no kind of your fault.

be confident and return the set to customer with no tension.

I am agree with you.
IMEI restor botton is sufficent.
If back-up it is restored automatically.

this is the main problem.

backup was made improperly. could be caused by bad cable, or use usb cable ( which such phone is not supported)
result; rpl only contain simlock, without npc.

final solution: buy rpl, contact Fast Unlocking.

Mx-key killed 2 phone Nokia 6500c 8600 !!! On 8600 it made backup but NCK is missing
