After reactivate hti box how long works - GSM-Forum

dear supporter i activated my HTi box for iphone carrier check service,, know one month has poassed and box need to be REACTIVATION ,, ok i just wanna to know that if i REACTIVATE this service ,,will it be valid for ONE MONTH only or any other long period ?

If supporter reply me ,, would be apreciated,, i got still HTI credits in my account ,,so can i use these or need to but NEW CREDITS for REACTIVATIONS ?

its realy very very surprise to know that non of product supporter knows about it ,,,,then what to do ?
