bro ,when you press power show contact service or startup without sim card then press ok show contact service?

Reflow or reball retu your problem solve, i done same problem 3110 succesfully 100% sure.

the phone starts normal when i change in "NORMAL MODE" but when i try with battery it shows contact service so when i disassemble the phone i see some burning area near headphone socket so i clean the board with hard brush and now the phone can't able to power on.

try to flash ur handset with latest flash file then write modifi pm with sx4 and then unlock ur handset ur problem solved 100%
