In simple word, for those who already paid for dct4 plus activation, there is not any changes (regarding credits), they can use all mx-key server credit based services without credit consumption (dct4 and bb5). The only requirement is to update and use latest version 3.4 because old servers are obsolete and online function for older versions (3.3 revision .....) will no more work.
