allways security dongle not detected ...

got my mxkey today tryed all the proceders allways the same "security dongle not detected " is my dongle not good ?

the picture

in the device manager everything looks fine

try to clean your card or change another reader...that is reader problem

it was the reader ,put it in the pkey reader and its ok ,i didnt use it anyway so its fine ...thanks

No need for any 'trick', the user has already posted that the reader was just faulty, and has solved the problem.
