already SL3 unlocking goes by GUB, first in the world. not my MX-KEY.
 

all br, genie universal box goes sl3 unlocking now. but it is much costly. my mx-key not first in world unlocking for sl3. what can we do ? we say sorry ? of course not. MX-KEY SL3 unlocking will be FREE . this is first of the world. we just wait but no more time. any time MX-KEY BOME UPDATE. wait and see.

Did you just know this or what?:D Genie can unlock sl3 many months back. But like you said, the price is very costly, f.e the price of unlocking Nokia 5130c is about 2/3 of the price of new set. So not worth it for most set except those high end models.
My idea is if someone comes and want to unlock 5130c, tell them the price of unlocking using genie and if they still want to do it, then buy a new set, take out the board and fit it inside customers phone, disassemble the new phone and sell the parts(lcd, mmc, Cover, keypad, etc) or use it yourself to repair another set. You still have customers phone board and keep it in safe place till Mx team comes up with a reasonable unlocking price. What do you think of it guys???:rolleyes:
