GSM-Forum - Always Failed to read SP data

Hi!

I'm a new user of Mx-key and I haven't find out more informations about this error when I connect the phone over Ufsx or JAF and I get the message 'Failed to read SP data' (in two differents phones). I'm using the last version and the nokia module is updated.
Is there any special procedure for fix it???

P.S: I can read the phone in JAF, so There's no problem with cables (I guess)
