Bro; no doubt!! it's hardware issue. maybe u'r problem will be fixed by changing tahvo ic.. try and post result..

Try to flash first higher version use ver 7.30 and tick full factory after flash!

try this how to solve bb5 contact service ?
I had my bb5 6300 so i did the following intstruction now my phone is 100% ok
here ie the solution

(1)first make backup
(2) read pm to 0 to 500
(3) erase it with bb5 erase file
(4) full flash the mobile with new version



note Bakc up is use for some serius error if sp data currupted than
we can easly write back up data to recover the phone again

if you have the same EXACT logs from self test as thread's starter, it is 100% hardware problem.
