any one have solution 4 that fatal error

i cant chek any phone with my mxkey.
i use jaf as interface
in dct4 phone i see that error: - Repeat the procedure. Sometimes it is a matter of temporary communication problem or similar.
- Check that all used cable are solid without any visible damage and have good contact. If possible, try with other cables.
- On rare occasions phone might be damaged or dead. So, if possible, try with another phone.
in bb5 phone i see that error : Using device: J.A.F, FW ver: 01.B2

note : in dct4 phone when i do scan i can read info but bus chek there is always error.
