I have problem with my mx box please help me...
when I try to make READ PHONE IDs on 2700c-2 i received this message.


I have also mx key and 2 month ago i make READ PHONE IDs on 2700c-2
and everything normally pass with MX key. Now last update is only for MX box and i try to make with MX box and cannot.
where is problem ??
