Check your Box Cable or Change it if necessary,

If not Result, then ask your Reseller to replace is for you,

P.S. New means having Warranty.

Bro.

This is mostly due to TX Error,

May cuz of Cable connectivity or Short,
Box due Short-Cut Phone,
Phone having Hardware Issues.
