C0801EED - diffculty in changing password - GSM-Forum

i registered few days ago as new user of your mx key. your sytem provided me passwored of login. when i use that password, a/c showing invalid password. i tried my best to reach the servers from the dongle but the problem is "ALL THE SERVERS ARE OFFLINE/OR TIMEOUT. please help me why the servers are not showing ON. are you always keep your servers DOWN. when you open the servers. if there is problem please open the connection fron your system for me key dongle thanks.

Pl solve my small problem. Pl email me old ver of software, i belive that there is bug in the software, where are yu mx key team please get up from sleep and solve my problem
