C3 problem (mtp device driver)

i need help.
hi, i have this problem, everytime when i try to read nokia c3 whit mxkey
usb via
i have this problem : pc says mtp device drivers needs..... ever . ever , ever ,ever and ever..... and no connect whit mxkey usb via.
nokia ovi and nokia pc suite installed and i try in 2 different pc. and 2 different phones.

make a full flash not use bus check,not always work using the bus check.

no solution yet, is same problem and when i try flash, mxkey put same log.

I have tried everything to resolve this and not find the solution.

I install the Nokia OVI,Update the Windows Media Player, the MxKey too. and it still keeps coming! I want remove the security code to Nokia Rm C3-00-614.

I do not see the solution !!!!!

add flash file and just full flash
after flash all serves is active

I flash it but no reset de user code, i want do this!!! how can do this via usb?

paste any where in ur system when system found new hardware just give the path where ur paste the MTP driver ok

when mtp device drivers appears its solution whitout choose bus-check and usb cable.

flash your phone and finished, whit out disconnect your phone; in mxkey´s window appears option flash and service , choose service option and reset o read user code.
remember not disconnect your phone.
