3110c security test failed - GSM-Forum

respected team i have 3110c security test failed set. I try maximum methods are posted in forums for solve this problem. But no use. Any time sx4 server shows offline. If sx4 is on ithink my problem is solved. I suffer this problem last 25days. Please solve my problem.

load pm file 1 and 309
and press supper sd outh and just write
100% solve your problem

Go to Service Tab > Click Load from File > Select Address: C:\mobileEx\3.5\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}\def\rfbb & Select RM-237.PM file,

Now click Repair SD & click no to Pop Up Window, Click Write & Buscheck you will see the positive Result.

Thanks my problem security test failed is solved. but new complant is no signal i write good pm but same problem. before contact service set is have good signal. Respected member please solve this problem

You very Complicated & Massed up with many for simple one.

OK! Do one thing,
1-Extract my attached PM in Mxkey Backup folder,
2-Backup RPL only NPC Data on IMEI & Security Tab, Give some different name to this Backup RPL,
3-Go to PM Tab > Load my PM & Click Write,
4-Go to IMEI & Security Tab > Write NPC Backup RPL manually,
5-Go to Simlock > Tick Init Simlock & Click Update Simlock.

Now Buscheck, then Check Network & Post Result.
