bro. check the cable first if it is connected properly then see on top right for usb, click tick & then check.

this is bug on current version, RAPAIDO USB support is broken.
you have to use HTI FBUS.

I face the same problem when try SL3 logger to read SHA file. i don't have fbus cable how to do now?
