Can MX Key Full Erase and Restore 5800d-1 SL3 ? (ANSWERED)


my customer update his 5800d-1 to V 52.0.007 and now it show half screen.
i want flash it back to v 40.0.005.

I have full backup of the phone.(RPL - All section , simlock RPL and full PM)

Can I full erase the phone and downgrade to v 40.0.005. safely using MX KEY.

If yes, HOW?

In the RPL needs to be SD KEY. If there is, all will be fine, with PM120 as simlock if is not included in RPL. If SD is not in the RPL, you need to repair it after full erase and full flash.
The CAEE HASH is supported by major boxes and probably also by MX KEY. Probably you need credit, if you don't have MXBOX.
So at last, you can do it. Backup full RPL, full PM and proceed...
