no scan

no download package here?

Bro.
1st of all, you starts New Thread with each & every Phone.
2nd FiRe Agent, Nokia Care Suite or Navifirm not Support for downloading DCT3 Firmware, you can search & download from anywhere.
3rd Did you use Mxkey HTI Box.
