Can open MobileEx v3.3 revision 1.6

I have downloaded MXKEY v3.3 revision 1.6 from rapidshare. after install, i cant open MobileEx 3.3. why? plz help me

Brother 1'st your antivirous deactive after you do re install your mobile.exe setup next stepe click sing up.i hope your problem is solve .
