After downgrading 5800 cannot restore original rpl have any solution

Flash phone to SW version under 30.xx.xxx . Rewrite back only your original NPC . Write (clone from other) important PM fields, repair SIM Lock and SD key-s ... all must be fine ... if still not - then use Recover CERT to fill missing values for your unit.

make sure you are using THE SAME "RM" file version
