Cann't sign application - GSM-Forum

i want to install 3.3_rev1.1 rigt now but cann't sign applicatin.

Software just stuck in :

Starting application sign request ...
Connecting server [ca.mxkey.biz] OK, Secure Login .....

what wrong????

is it server down???

may be its your internet connection is very slow

or

try and try until you succeed.............
