i cant use mxkey with jaf when i connect it and open the mxkey it hangs can any one tell me what to do

probably your driver not install correctly

yes, uninstall from add & remove completly this is software installation problum after complete removel from control panel again install software 100000000000% okay & tested

i have probably same problem, i dont know what cause this, i have installed new 3.4 rev 1.1 suite (i dont run it) and same day some z3x and windows updates and mxkey stop working on this computer, i know it is caused by drivers, but which? I also uninstall and reinstall mxkey suite and jaf. doesnt help. on another pc key works okay.
