it seems you are right, I chk with some external and paid IMEI system and I got this:

mr manole iphone is still locked i am unable to submit imei again because it is already in database.what to do?

very disheartning to see such a big name mxkey does not have good support system.its been 8 days since i requested for att usa iphone unlock.but still not solved.atleast reply that your team is unable to unlock iphone.so that i dont have to wait and look for another unlocking services
