connection problem with ufs3 micro hwk - GSM-Forum

hello friends i have bought new mx key i installed the driver of mx key.unstalled the driver package of saras soft driver package and re installed the driver from c:/mobile ex folder but the problem is when i start the mobile ex there shows ...no connection...what should i do??? please help me urgently.....

first saras soft drivers are compatible with with mxkey if you already using box and working then no need to install from mxkey folder and second post here screen shot for more your help

when u open mx key on top u will find refresh button beside this u will find connection under that drop down list u will find ufs3 micro hwk

when you see your problem with soft then you can found Print Scrn SysRq on key board press that and paste in paint and then save that image and upload on forum
