Contact service came while processing unlock 6500s - GSM-Forum

While i was unlocking 6500s some error message was shown clicking on update sp .now when i switch on it shows nokia then after that it asks 'start up phone without simcard'then when i accept it shows 'contact service'

It shows simlock corrupted

2 steps you will go:

1. repair simlock read the simlock repair chapter.
2. repair SD

first restore simlock backup...then unlock via code...problem will solve 100%

how to take BACK UP before unlocking.i am new user for it

Simply take All section rpl backup before unlocking in imei rebuild option
