costomer kill me --fhone book not restor

5310 hang
i backup fhone book without any error then flash fhone
after flash i do restor backup but last minut get me a error
plz hellp me
costomer is angry too

i use ufs for interfice and i think it is a bug becase i get backup from a 5610 (normal) and whene i want to restor backup
i look same error

yes i tried many times with bb5 but doesn't restore contacts with this method ...............!
I think this method is not working........

right click on vcard fileand open with notepad/wordpad ............then sort out phone number..give txt print out to ustomer............

i test a few bb5 fhone by this metod and dont reply
is there any prog for opening the file untill showing me name and number?
