Dear Sir
i had purchased 100 BB5 credit from IPmart and update My MX-Key with it and when i moved to a fresh windows i found that all credit i had purchased are lost please help

This cannot happen because credits are not on your system they are on server check again man or contact product support .

i had buy the credits from Ipmart on 30/7/2011 PO. No.303976
recive it on 31/7/2011 please check bellow order Confermation

and check it in the credit check in the same day and find them
yesterday " 1/8/2011 " install new windows and try tosign the appliaction but server was down
today 2/8/2011 server back and when i try to check for credit i found it lost as bellow

[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 44
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 31
[CR3] SL3 remaining credit: 0
[CR4] CDMA remaining credit: 0
