No. u can't repair this state of mobile as SL data is corrupted too. If u have Full RPL backup with Mxkey that yes . If no than Only Nokia RPL service is the solution.

U can't repair the imei of the mobile for that u have to use Nokia RPL service.

but u can get this mobile out of contact service.
