dct4 BootLoader not responding, mostly RAM problem ! - GSM-Forum

wts wrong sir manole when i try to flash or write rpl to dct 4 with ufs box it alwasys show this message

its same with jaf box also

this is ur pc voltage problem plz disconnect other tool and connect Using device: UFS_USB V2.8
ur problem soolf 100%

i am sorry sir i do the same as shown in both folders but problem is still same when i conect any dct4 always
BootLoader not responding, mostly RAM problem !

please help me for that with complite and with detail solution
