DCT4 imei no more use internet. all is done stand alone by HTI.
just make sure imei option is enabled on config.

- post logs and screen shots (do not edit logs in any way)
- post phone model and phone status before you used mxkey
- also remember to post what version of mxkey software you used and what interface.
