Use repair SP lock, and then check again, Be careful SX4 server #1 is Down! remember always make PM and RPL Backup before unlock

Hmmmm i think you need to do factory reset and spunlock..this phone might have contact service BEFORE..good luck

- erase eeprom (gett addr, un-tick safe erase. select eeprom only)
- do simlock rebuild by using rsa method.

- buscheck to see the result.

- last, write pm, skip simlock field.
