i already ask that question to product supporter

and i found my self the answer

dct4+ unlocking requires internet connection and must have credits

BB5 services are standalone in HTi box as i've unlock e63 sl2 earlier thru
code calculation
and i didn't see any logs that it was connecting for server for calculation

All nokia services are standalone with HTI. no credit required

don't worry about this. stand alone is not yet implemented due to security reason.
it's under work and will add it on next update.

Many of us buy HTI-MXBOX because of it's STANDALONE features as in this announcement.....http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/7218620-post80.html

but it is not yet implemented?

was announce it when it's in beta test only..

hope it well be implemented soon..
